Good for nature lovers. Beautiful landscape and plenty of activities to do outdoors. Conveniently located close to some natural sites. Cozy rooms and comfortable beds.
Terrible food quality and service during Christmas. Long wait times, understaffed, and untrained personnel.

Over Easter, I stayed at a hotel in Sierra Gordas and enjoyed the complementary cocktails and breakfast. The location was very convenient as it was close to many beautiful natural sites. I also liked that the hotel had a swimming pool where I could relax and unwind.
The room lacked decoration and was not very comfortable. Additionally, the staff seemed untrained and unresponsive in catering to my needs.
